Sport and Physical Activity

Physical activity is essential for a child's overall growth and well-being. Through sports and physical activities, children gain strength, agility, and a sense of personal achievement. They learn the value of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship while also developing self-confidence and a lifelong appreciation for active living.

At East Killara, we have a multi-purpose hall for movement activities, along with spacious outdoor areas for running, physical play, and gross motor development. In line with the Montessori approach, our focus is on cooperation, coordination, and self-improvement rather than competition.
